The Round 5 make up race at Watkins Glen really put the cars to the test, The Glen known for it's heavy tire wear kept up with it's reputation and forced the drivers to race the Track more than the competition. TPG newcomer "Fast" Eddie Smith was true to his name by taking the victory with a substantial lead in the end!
..With several of the Top drivers out early, the 'sleeper' Scott Newgent quietly slipped into P1 in the standings which also helped boost TPG Racing in the team standings..looks like the Final event at Mid America will determine who the Champions will be for the Trans Am series..
Be there for the Final round at Mid America !!
